These terms apply to the Doubtie iOS game and The Last Broadcast. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Doubtie is fictional entertainment intended for ages 13 and up. Characters, events, and the station are invented. You may ask questions by voice or by typing. Do not use Doubtie to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material, to probe or disrupt the service, or to try to access it without authorization.
AI-generated dialogue
Character replies and voices are generated by automated systems as you play. They are part of a fictional story, may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or delayed, and are not statements by LaBounty Labs. Speech features need an internet connection and may be unavailable at times; the app offers typed input and readable captions. How your questions are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchase
The opening of the case is free. A one-time in-app purchase ($6.99 in the United States) permanently unlocks the full case for your Apple account. It is not a subscription. Apple handles billing, restores, and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in the app if your unlock is missing after reinstalling or on a new device.
Availability
We work to keep Doubtie available, but we may change, pause, or end parts of the service. To the extent the law allows, Doubtie is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and LaBounty Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Apple terms
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, Apple's agreement controls for the app license.
